Utter Crap

Leave it to McDonald's to screw up oatmeal, a simple, nutritious breakfast item. From The New York Times blog (via BoingBoing):
Incredibly, the McDonald's product contains more sugar than a Snickers bar and only 10 fewer calories than a McDonald's cheeseburger or Egg McMuffin. (Even without the brown sugar it has more calories than a McDonald's hamburger.)
And then there's the eleven ingredients that have nothing to do with oatmeal. How hard is this: oatmeal, water and a pinch of salt?
